Instructors should be passionate, inspiring, knowledgeable about the craft of writing, and willing to engage with their students’ lived experiences and literary traditions. We want instructors who are equipped and excited to moderate and facilitate discussions about identity and cultural differences alongside craft, and who prioritize creating a space that serves all students.
