Now, as an independent developmental editor and book coach, she reviews novel manuscripts, providing writers with actionable feedback to revise their work, and consults on query letters, plot development, and opening pages. She particularly enjoys YA, historical fiction, women's fiction, and romance. Jacquelin’s short fiction was selected as the Saturday Evening Post’s Great American Stories, and her other works of fiction have appeared in Stonecrop Review, The Macguffin, Valparaiso Fiction Review, and Cortland Review.
