We’re documenting the most common questions/answers related to our new website in our FAQ page here, so be sure to check this resource when you have any website questions. We’ll continue to update this page in the days ahead with more info as we receive feedback and questions from the community.

Can’t log into your account?

If you’re experience issues logging into your account or are receiving an “Invalid username or password” message when logging in, here’s a step-by-step guide to help:

For returning users logging into an older account:

  1. Visit our website and click on the “user icon” at the top right-hand corner.

  2. Click on the link in the sentence “If this is your first time on our new site, please set your password!”

  3. Enter the email address associated with your GrubStreet account.

  4. Check Your Inbox for an email with a link to set/reset your password. (If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder as it sometimes lands there.)

  5. Click on the link in the email and set a new password for your account.

  6. After you set your password, you’ll be able to log in with your email and new password — and then you’ll be all set to enjoy your account.

For users creating a brand new account:

  1. Visit our website and click on the “user icon” at the top right-hand corner.

  2. Click the link in the text that says “Don't have a Grub profile? Make one!”

  3. Enter your email address and a password, click “sign up,” and we’ll send you an email so you can activate your account.

  4. The link in the activation email will take you back to our site where you can login with your email and password — and then you’ll be all set to enjoy your account.

Additional Tips:

  • Ensure that the email address entered is the one you used for your previous GrubStreet account.

  • If you continue to experience issues or receive an error message, please let us know the specific message or issue by submitting our website form, as this will help us in troubleshooting more effectively.
