Class Description
Come learn how to write haiku poems (a short and simple traditional Japanese form of poetry) about the sights, sounds, smells and feelings of fall as you experience it. September signals the end of summer, and for some of us a feeling of loss. It’s also a crisp new season though, looked at through the right frame! If we use all of our senses and poetic imaginations though, fall comes alive with possibilities! We’ll put our fall haiku on leaf cuts outs we make and create a community haiku tree!
Meeting Information:
This class will meet twice, come to one or both sessions! 11/8 and 11/15 10:00am - 11:30am
