Programs Intern
(Hybrid; 15-20 hours/week)
We are seeking a Programs Intern for the July-December 2023 term! The Programs intern works closely with the Programming team to provide an excellent learning experience to GrubStreet students in our adult classes. The Programs intern supports class operations at our Center for Creative Writing, and communicates with students in-person, via email, and over the phone. They are also responsible for updating enrollments across all classes, emailing class surveys to students and instructors, and communicating with instructors about class logistics, including providing Zoom support when needed. This position requires Saturday morning availability and in-person event coverage as needed. This position reports to the Program Coordinator.
