General Scholarships

General scholarships are awarded for artistic merit and financial need. Scholarships are awarded for the specific class requested, and are not transferable to another class, term, or user. General scholarships may not be used for Muse and the Marketplace tuition or manuscript consulting.

To apply for a scholarship, please visit our "Find a Class" page. Within each class, you will find the "APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIP" link which will take you to the specific class's scholarship application. NOTE: In order to be considered for a scholarship, you must complete your scholarship application and await our Scholarship Committee's decision before registering for the class. Scholarships cannot be applied retroactively. There are no fixed deadlines for scholarship applications, but please bear in mind that the further out from the start date of the class we receive your application, the more likely it is that we will be able to award you a scholarship. Scholarships are generally awarded between 1 and 2 weeks prior to the start of classes.

For questions about any of our available financial aid, or the application process, please contact Jonathan Escoffery at jonathan@grubstreet.org.
