Week of Novel Writing: for Teens
335.00
Have you ever wanted to write a novel but didn't know where to start? Or maybe you have a great idea but need some feedback? Our first novel writing camp for teens will give you a behind-the scenes-look at how to write a novel. With fun writing exercises and excerpts from published novels, we'll explore the various building blocks of a novel: from finding a book-length idea, to developing strong characters and settings, to shaping a story arc that will keep readers turning pages. The class will include prompts, brainstorms, writing time, interactive activities, and a workshop where you’ll get feedback from your peers. Wherever you're at in the writing process, you'll leave excited and inspired to complete your next novel. Limited to students aged 13-18.
