Nikki Carrero (she/her) is an assistant agent at The Rights Factory. She has a background in education, marketing, publishing, and book selling, and loves to see people fall in love with stories. Her love for the written word began when her grandmother brought her to the bookstore as a kid to pick out new books. She hasn’t stopped reading since and is currently building her own personal home library and writing her own stories.

What I'm Looking For
Nikki is currently looking for adult, new adult, or young adult fiction in the following genres: mystery, thriller, suspense, horror, romance, romantic suspense, magical realism, grounded speculative fiction, women’s fiction, upmarket fiction, and contemporary fiction. She loves a good genre-bend or genre-blend and is constantly seeking stories that hook her from the start and keep her wanting more through every page.
She has a passion for stories that feature characters who have disabilities, chronic illnesses, mental illnesses, are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or are a part of other marginalized communities.
