Class Description

This class is free and you do not need to pay or apply for a scholarship. Instead, to join this class fill out this form. DO NOT use any of the other buttons or links to apply to this class.

These classes are aimed specifically at students living in the greater Boston area. If you live outside the greater Boston area, please consider signing up for any of our other large selections of classes.

During this session, students will create a mood board for their story, as well as a storyboard detailing their vision for each scene. We will discuss enlisting talent for your piece, finding the appropriate location, and choosing what equipment will deliver the best results.

Takeaways: Students will walk away feeling confident about the steps they need to take to set themselves up for success when planning a film production.

This class is part of the four-part series: Making Your Own Short Film with Zero Budget. However, you don’t have to take all four classes. You can take any single class or all four classes, and no prior film knowledge is needed.
