About Kate
Kate is the Founder of Book Buddies: an online community for writers, a Grub Street writing instructor, and a workshop facilitator for Writers for Recovery in Vermont. She received an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts, and her fiction was the winner of Dogwood: A Journal of Poetry and Prose’s 2021 Award in Fiction, received an honorable mention in Glimmer Train's Short Fiction contest, and has been published in The Waterwheel Review, DogwoodL A Journal of Poetry and Prose, The Laurel Review, The Foundling Review, and in Storychord.com, where she was the fiction editor for two years.Interests
