Susan Graham (they/them/theirs) joined Dunow, Carlson, and Lerner Agency in January 2025 after nearly a decade as an agent at Einstein Literary Management. They hold a Master’s Degree in Children’s Literature and a Master’s Degree in English from Simmons College. They currently live in Brooklyn with their two cats, appropriately named Chicken and The Crocodile. They represent illustrators across format and age categories, children's creators, and adult genre fiction.

Susan Graham's Availability During Manuscript Mart Week:

  • Tuesday, May 13: 10:00–1:00
  • Wednesday, May 14: 10:00–1:00
  • Thursday, May 15: 10:00–1:00
  • Friday, May 16: 10:00–1:00
  • Saturday, May 17: 10:00–1:00 & 1:00–4:00 & 4:00–7:00

Zoom Meetings with Susan will be scheduled within these time periods (all EDT), but are subject to change. If Susan must make a change to this schedule, we will arrange a mutually agreeable Zoom time outside of Manuscript Mart Week.

What I'm Looking For

Susan is actively looking to expand their list in children's nonfiction and adult prose in mystery, thriller, horror, and speculative fiction. They are always open to illustration and illustrated works as well as picture book fiction.
