Event Description
In this 3-hour workshop, participants will learn watercolor basics, how to build up layers, mix colors, and how to paint botanicals step by step. By the end of the class, you'll understand how a watercolor artwork builds up and the techniques used on the paper. You'll also take home a brush and a sample palette with pigments to continue your watercolor journey.
This workshop is designed to be creative, relaxing, calm, and mindful. It's the perfect way to unwind and let your creativity flow in a supportive and inspiring environment. All materials are included with ticket purchase.

This class will take place in-person at our Center for Creative Writing in Boston's Seaport neighborhood.
