Manuscript Mart Prep Day 2024 — VIRTUAL

Event Description

Join us for a free, 90-minute seminar with literary agent Sorche Fairbank, who will walk participants through what to expect at the Manuscript Mart and the greater Muse conference, how to make the most of your twenty minutes with an agent or editor, and how to follow up. Learn how to polish your query letter, submit the perfect sample package, and make the most of your Manuscript Mart appointment! Sorche will answer questions as time allows.

This live talk & Q&A will take place online via Zoom Webinar on March 20th at 6pm EST. A recording of this event will be available after the event takes place for a limited time. Registration is required - sign up to attend here!

Format/Location

This class will take place using Zoom videoconferencing. About 15 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin, you'll receive an email from your instructor with a link to join the class meeting!

Zoom Participation:

Students are not required to turn their camera on, but are encouraged to participate any way they feel comfortable through functions such as the live chat, emoji reactions, and unmuting the microphone. Learn more about using Zoom here.

Zoom Accessibility:

We ask that instructors enable closed captioning and send a transcript of the session after class. You can also enable closed captioning at any time during the meeting. If your instructor forgets to send the transcript, just send ’em an email!
