The Final Drafts: Revising Your Short Fiction (2-Part)
150.00
You’ve written a draft of one or more stories. Now what? In this intensive weekend course, we will look closely at specific aspects of craft as you evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of your own work. You will perform a series of exercises to help you focus your vision, develop your characters, interrogate your point-of-view strategy, reinforce your structure, and refine your sentence style. There will be time for the important work of reflecting on your own revision process, and you will come away with strategies you can incorporate into that process, as well as a concrete plan for revising your current story draft.
Class Format
This class will take place using Zoom videoconferencing. About 15 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin, you'll receive an email from your instructor with a link to join the class meeting!
