For many, procrastination is an integral part of the creative process. Yet it's often seen in a negative light. What if, instead of viewing your procrastination as a curse, you used mindfulness to reign it in as a artistic gift? During this 3-hour seminar, you will learn how to embrace your procrastination in a way that will nourish your artistry. You will be equipped with strategies to overcome the shame and anxiety that is often intertwined with procrastination. You should expect to participate in reflective exercises that will get to the roots, as well as group activities that will allow you to harness your unique creative process and relationship with procrastination.

This class will be hosted using live Zoom meetings! You will be able to participate in class via Zoom videoconference from wherever you’re most comfortable. All you’ll need is a laptop or a phone! About 15 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin, you'll receive an email from your instructor with a link to join the class meeting via Zoom–no need to download anything or sign up for Zoom in advance! If you have questions about remote learning, please feel free to reach out to [email protected] for more information.
