Have you always wanted to try writing for kids? Do you need some inspiration to spark your creativity? Or maybe you’d like some accountability to keep going? This intensive is the place for all of those things. You’ll kindle your imagination with fun prompts, like starter sentences and objects, getting down the bones of scenes and potential stories. You’ll also have the option of sharing these pieces for quick group feedback. Whether you want to write for publication, yourself, or your grandkids, this intensive can help you get started. This class is best suited toward writing for ages 8–12.

Class Format

This class will take place using Zoom videoconferencing. About 15 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin, you'll receive an email from your instructor with a link to join the class meeting!
