For beginning and experienced writers alike, it's normal to go through periods of time where we feel stuck, losing track of where our power lies as storytellers and devotees of the craft. This short seminar aims to invigorate our ideas regarding what we could be writing about based on the richest areas of our particular life experience. Through discussion and exercises, along with in-class writings, nonfiction writers--particularly those interested in memoir and the personal essay--will leave this group with a fresh understanding of their own subjects and strengths, along with a few ideas about what to write next.

Class Format

This class will take place using Zoom videoconferencing. About 15 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin, you'll receive an email from your instructor with a link to join the class meeting!
