If you have an opinion that you're dying to share about the Marvelverse, gaming, street fashion, Bridgerton, or the latest meme, then come learn how to write a punchy, confident review. In this workshop, we will read reviews of a diverse universe of things by wildly different writers. After close readings and discussion of what makes a good review, participants will try their hand at writing a review on the topic of their choice—a book, a Tik-Tok video, a blog, a restaurant—and get feedback on how to make their writing stronger and more compelling.

Class Format

This class will take place using Zoom videoconferencing. About 15 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin, you'll receive an email from your instructor with a link to join the class meeting!
