Elements of Worldbuilding
65.00
In this generative workshop we will be diving into the vision and senses of the worlds we would like to exist in. What would utopia look like for you? How can the sentiments/struggles of today’s experience shape this alternate reality? Using these questions, we will explore worldbuilding not as escapism, but to envision the possibility of a better world. In addition to reading from FIYAH Lit Mag, Skew Magazine, The Bewitching Bonds Anthology, we will have in-depth discussions, free writing exercises, and a final writing prompt shaped by our discussion.
Class Format
This class will take place using Zoom videoconferencing. About 15 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin, you'll receive an email from your instructor with a link to join the class meeting!
