What is a scene? What does it take to write a strong scene? Whether it’s for a stage play, a scene in a feature length script, or a scene in a script for a 30 minute comedy, the elements of a strong scene remain true. In this drop-in, writers will explore the basics of scene writing and the differences in formats for writing for screen and writing for stage. We will review types of scenes as well as analyzing those scenes once they have been produced for stage or screen. This class is open to writers of all levels and experience.

Who Should Register?
