Hitchhiker's Guide to the Boston Book Scene

February, the shortest month, is like a ghost pepper.  It is packed with explosive surprises so don’t let its diminutive space on the calendar get you upset.  Some of the most exciting readings are this month.

Why are we so excited?  Because Christopher Castellani, Grub Street’s Artistic Director, is launching his new book all over town! Check out all the dates and times below.

That’s not the only event into which you should sink your teeth.  Manil Suri is visiting Brookline Booksmith in support of his very cool new book, City of Devi.

The unstoppable Junot Diaz stops by Wellesley College, so check that out if you didn’t manage to catch a glimpse of him last fall.

For poetry lovers (and what a month to be a lover of poetry!), the Blacksmith House Poetry Series continues with some fine writers, especially Jill McDonough and Matthew Miller.

Grab your calendar and peruse the list below!
